What is automated?
Auto-logging of calls: Zoom/Meet/Phone → Transcription (Whisper) → AI extracts: participants, duration, key points, next steps, sentiment → Automatically creates an Activity in CRM.
Email parsing: Incoming/outgoing emails → AI extracts: topic of discussion, agreements, client requests, mentioned deadlines → records in CRM as Activity + updates fields (budget mentioned, decision timeline, stakeholders).
Status updates: The client wrote, "We're ready to move forward" → the AI updates the deal stage. "We need time" → adds a follow-up task for two weeks.
Contact enrichment: New contact added → AI automatically complements from LinkedIn, Clearbit, BuiltWith.
Meeting prep: 1 hour before the meeting — automatic creation of a prep note in CRM with context.
Tech stack
CRM API (Salesforce/HubSpot/amoCRM). Whisper for transcription. GPT-4o for structured data extraction. Webhook listeners for email/calendar events.
