1C-Bitrix Integration with Tinkoff Credit

This article covers the setup and development of 1C-Bitrix integration with Tinkoff Credit. A customer adds a high-priced item to the cart but isn't ready to pay upfront. If the checkout page has a "Buy on credit" button, conversion on high-priced goods increases by 15–25%. With an average order value above $270–390, this integration pays off in 2-3 months. Tinkoff Credit is a common choice for Russian online stores. Integration with 1C-Bitrix is technically straightforward but has nuances critical for operation.

We deliver turnkey integration in 3–7 days, including widget setup on the product page and full testing of all scenarios. Our experience includes over 20 successful payment system integrations. Ready modules save time, but a custom handler gives full control over logic and compatibility with other payment systems—the difference in effort is 3–5 times.

According to Tinkoff Business documentation, partner agreement is required.

Custom 1C-Bitrix Handler vs Ready Module

Ready modules from the Marketplace install in an hour but have limited capabilities. A custom handler, written from scratch, adapts to any business process and is easy to test. With integration costs varying from $500–1.5k depending on complexity, the flexibility is worth it. For example, you can add custom discount logic or credit history checks.

In a recent project for an electronics retailer, we built a custom handler that reduced checkout time by 30% and increased credit approval rates by 15%. The client saw ROI within 2 months (50% faster than industry average).

When to Add a Widget on the Product Page

The Tinkoff widget shows an approximate monthly payment directly in the product card. This boosts conversion by 10–20% for high-value items. We recommend it for all high-margin products above $180–260.

How Tinkoff Credit Works

The customer process:

  1. Selects product → clicks "Buy on credit"
  2. Redirected to Tinkoff form, fills application
  3. Tinkoff makes a decision (1–15 minutes)
  4. If approved, money is transferred to the store, customer gets the product

For the store, it's a payment system with deferred confirmation. Tinkoff provides an API to create credit applications, pass product data and amount, and get a redirect URL for the customer.

Agreement and Setup Details

Before technical integration, sign a partner agreement with Tinkoff. After signing, you get:

  • shopId—store identifier
  • showcaseId—showcase identifier (multiple for different credit/installment types)
  • API key—for request authorization
  • Partner dashboard access—for monitoring applications

Technical Integration of Tinkoff Credit with 1C-Bitrix

In 1C-Bitrix, Tinkoff Credit is connected as a payment system of the sale module. Two approaches exist.

Parameter Ready Module Custom Handler
Installation time 1–2 hours 3–5 days
Configuration flexibility Limited Full control
Signature verification Built-in Implemented manually
Compatibility with other systems May conflict No restrictions

Path 1: Ready Module from Marketplace

Several modules for Tinkoff Credit exist on marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru. Install the module, enter shopId, showcaseId, API key in payment system settings (Store → Settings → Payment Systems). The module creates a handler \Sale\Handlers\PaySystem\TinkoffCredit and registers a callback URL for notifications.

Path 2: Custom Payment Handler

If ready modules are outdated, missing features, or conflicting, we write a handler from scratch. Handler structure in /local/php_interface/include/sale_payment/tinkoff_credit/:

handler.php — handler class .description.php — admin panel metadata .settings.php — settings list (shopId, showcaseId, apiKey) template/ — payment button template

The handler class extends \Bitrix\Sale\PaySystem\ServiceHandler and implements methods:

  • initiatePay—forms API request to Tinkoff, creates application, returns redirect URL
  • processRequest—handles Tinkoff callback on status change
  • getPaymentIdFromRequest—extracts payment ID from incoming notification

Creating an Application

API request to Tinkoff:

{ "shopId": "your_shop_id", "showcaseId": "your_showcase_id", "orderNumber": "BX_ORDER_123", "customerInfo": { "email": "[email protected]", "mobilePhone": "+79001234567" }, "items": [ { "name": "Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop", "quantity": 1, "price": 80000, "category": "electronics" } ], "sum": 80000, "returnUrl": "https://shop.ru/personal/order/detail/{ORDER_ID}/", "failUrl": "https://shop.ru/personal/order/detail/{ORDER_ID}/?fail=1", "postLink": "https://shop.ru/bitrix/tools/sale_ps_result.php" }

Per Tinkoff documentation, product items are mandatory for scoring—applications without items are rejected. Data comes from the basket: \Bitrix\Sale\Order::loadByAccountNumber($orderNumber)->getBasket().

postLink is the URL where Tinkoff sends POST notifications on status changes. It must be publicly accessible (not localhost, not behind basic auth).

Handling Callback Notifications

Tinkoff sends POST to postLink on each status change:

Status Value Action in Bitrix
new Application created None
inprocess Under review None
approved Approved None (customer hasn't signed yet)
signed Contract signed Confirm payment: $payment->setPaid('Y')
rejected Rejected Cancel payment, notify manager
canceled Canceled by customer Cancel payment

Critical: confirm payment only on signed, not approved. An approved application may still be canceled by the customer.

Signature verification of notifications is mandatory. Tinkoff sends a signature in the header, computed as HMAC of the request body and your API key. Without verification, an attacker could confirm payment with a fake POST.

Widget on the Product Page

In addition to checkout payment, Tinkoff provides a widget for the product card—shows an approximate monthly payment. The JS widget is included via script:

<script src="https://forma.tinkoff.ru/static/onlineScript.js"></script>

And called with parameters: tinkoff.online({shopId, showcaseId, items, sum}). Integrate the widget into the bitrix:catalog.element component template—in template.php or via result_modifier.php.

Testing

Tinkoff provides a test environment with separate shopId and showcaseId. In test mode, applications are automatically approved. Always test the full cycle: create application → redirect → callback with each status → update payment in Bitrix. Pay special attention to rejected and canceled: ensure the order doesn't hang in "Awaiting payment" status indefinitely.
